Some advice about shopping online...
My subscription data online is not correct
The on-line renewal system only holds just over 2 years worth of history, so some older or longer length subscriptions may not appear.
If a subscription is missing from your 'my subscriptions' list:
• If it is new (i.e. within the last week) - it may not appear online yet - please allow up to 10 days for our system to show new orders.
• if your subscription is older than 2 years - it may not appear. You are welcome to call us on 01507 529529 during office hours to check your orders in person.
• If you have a current subscription, but it is not showing on-line, please let us know.
I've just renewed, but it is not showing online
The information held on-line is updated on a weekly basis. However, in some circumstances it may take up to 14 days for new orders to appear within your orders screen. Please allow time for new or renewed orders to appear, but if you have a question on an order - please do give us a call - or use the on-line contact form
I'm missing an issue
On selected titles, you can now request a missing issue to be re-sent. There are some basic limitations: You may only request up to the last three issues to be resent, and the system will only allow a certain number of requests per year. if you find you are having regular issues going missing - please contact us right away, and we can arrange a trace on your magazine.
To use the service, simply click the 'Missing Issue' button - and select the issue you are missing. on the second page, please enter your email address as confirmation and click send. That's it! Your issue will be posted out to you next working day.
** For titles not in the missing issue service, please contact us if you have not received your copy in time.
If your address details are incorrect:
• Please complete the change of address form - or call us on 01507 529529 during office hours to update your personal details.
• If you have recently submitted a change of address - it may not appear online immediately. Please allow up to 14 days for change of details to appear.

WHAT IS A BOOKAZINE?
'Bookazine' (A hybrid of a Book and a Magazine) is a term we have created to describe a glossy, A4 perfect bound (stitched paged) one-off product. Bookazines generally are between 116 and 132 pages, and are all printed on very high quality thick paper, with a glossy cover.
Bookazines are specialist titles covering an area or genre, which also contain a small percentage of advertising to make the product more affordable - hence the low £6.99 cover price and free postage.
Bookazines are sold exclusively online by Mortons Media Group - and from W H Smith stores in the high street.
Prices
Prices shown on this website supersede any other prices listed
elsewhere. Some offers are limited to this website only.
