Logging in

Finding your Customer ID
Your customer ID is shown on the delivery sheet with every issue delivered. It is a 6 digit number.

It is also located on your renewal letter and maybe shown as:
Subs ID: 123456
or
Customer ID: 123456

RealClassic Subscribers: You can login using your RealClassic membership ID HERE.

Error messages

Not found.

Either your customer ID wasn't found or your surname is incorrect. This system does not contain every customer record - it is updated often, but might be missing a new order taken by phone within the last week, or it might not have subscriptions from over 2 years ago on-line.

The system does not currently show all expired orders. if you have a subscription that has already expired, and it does not show on this system, then please select TRY A NEW SUBSCRIPTION and select the title you wish to renew to, or call 01507 529529 during office hours so we can help you renew directly.

If you cannot login, you can still renew (extend) your subscription by purchasing it in the normal way, via the Classic Magazines main web site. Orders done this way will work the same as using this system.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR OTHERS
If you are buying/renewing a subscription for someone else, you will need to login using their Surname/Customer ID. We are looking to fix this so payers can login normally - and see what subscriptions they are paying for.
